We review the survey to determine setbacks and easements in conjunction with the code review. We can then determine the buildable area for your property.
massing study
After the code review and site constraints are determined, we develop a 3D massing model to quantify buildable areas and heights. This helps you determine how to best utilize the space of the building for your goals.
